The Rayquaza ex Drop Event in Pokémon TCG Pocket gives you the opportunity to battle against AI opponents to earn a Rayquaza ex card and several other promotional cards.

This event commenced on Wednesday, April 30, and will continue until Tuesday, May 13. Participants can acquire promo cards such as Rayquaza ex, Rayquaza, and Farfetch’d. How to Obtain All ‘Rayquaza ex Drop Event’ Cards

Cards can be earned by opening packs from Promo Pack A Series Vol. 7. Each pack, wrapped in pink, contains one promo card. You can acquire these packs by completing battles in the “Gible Drop Event.” Each battle requires one token of Event Stamina, which regenerates over time or can be refilled with an Event Hourglass.

Winning a promo pack is not guaranteed for every battle victory; the promo packs are classified in the game as “chance rewards” for all battles. However, from experience at Polygon, we noticed a significantly higher likelihood of earning a pack upon completing battles on “Expert” difficulty. In fact, we received a promo pack every time we won against the bot at that level.
