Pochacco will assign you the task of locating the stylish Gudetama as part of a weekly quest for the first two weeks titled “The Laziest Egg” and “The Laziest Eggs.” Once these quests are completed, Tophat Gudetama will no longer appear in your quest list, but Pochacco will still remind you to seek him out at the beginning of each week.
To capture him, simply use your camera to take a picture of him, just as you would with other hidden Gudetamas scattered throughout the island.

Where Can You Locate Tophat Gudetama This Week?
During the week of April 21, Tophat Gudetama can be found at the mine track exit near the hot springs. You can access this area through an entrance marked with the star symbol below.
As a reward for locating him, you will receive the plans to create Decorative Gudetama #52.
It’s worth mentioning that Tophat Gudetama rotates between locations after covering all 52 spots.
