Instagram is introducing a new feature called Blend, which creates a customized Reels feed shared between you and the members of a DM group.
When you invite people from a DM chat to join a Blend, tapping the Blend icon within the chat allows Instagram to display Reels tailored for the group. Blend can be initiated in both one-on-one and group conversations, with the feed updating daily with fresh content.
Blend offers an interesting way to discover content that may not typically appear in your suggestions. If a friend enjoys something, you might find it appealing too. However, this might also reveal interests your friends have that don’t align with yours.
