Following a year of challenges, it’s understandable that some may hesitate to purchase Sonos products. However, interim CEO Tom Conrad is clearly focused on steering the company back to prominence and revitalizing its status as the top brand in whole-home audio. The mobile app, which has been a source of contention, has seen significant improvements over the past few months, even though some users still deal with bugs and issues like speakers occasionally disappearing from their network.
