When purchasing tickets, Ticketmaster now shows the total price of each ticket, along with a dropdown menu that reveals the “Face Value” and service fee. However, local taxes and delivery fees will not be displayed until you reach the checkout page.
Additionally, Ticketmaster has enhanced its queue system, providing real-time updates on ticket availability and notifying users when wait times are projected to exceed 30 minutes. Customers can now also see the exact number of people ahead of them in line.
