Disney Plus and Hulu are set to unveil new Perks programs aimed at providing subscribers with discounts, digital giveaways, and sweepstakes, helping them differentiate themselves in the competitive streaming landscape.
The Disney Plus Perks program is currently live in the US, with plans for international expansion later this year. Offers include a six-month DashPass subscription from DoorDash, discounted accommodations at Walt Disney World, and savings associated with retailers like Adidas and Funko, alongside rotating contests. Hulu will introduce its own loyalty program on June 2nd, with more information to follow; it will feature offers from brands such as Microsoft, Pure Green, and LG, with new perks being added weekly throughout the summer.
To benefit from these perks, you only need to be a subscriber to either streaming service. If you opt for one of the Disney Plus and Hulu bundle packages, you’ll gain access to both programs.
Disney Plus first launched its Perks initiative last year, which featured a limited selection of contests and early ticket access. However, the updated program has significantly expanded, providing what Disney describes as an “always-on” array of rewards.
